The Gavis Lab in the Department of Molecular Biology is seeking talented and motivated candidates for a postdoctoral research associate position. Research opportunities include projects relating to 1) RNA granule assembly and function; 2) localization-dependent translational control mechanisms; and 3) RNA-binding proteins in neuronal morphogenesis. A PhD is required. Candidates with background in computational biology are especially encouraged to apply. This is a one-year position with the possibility of renewal contingent on satisfactory performance and funding.
