Position Description
We are seeking qualified and highly motivated individuals for a postdoctoral research fellowship. The research focus is on the impact of climate change, air pollution and socioeconomic environment on fetal and childhood development. The Fellow will be based in the Department of Epidemiology at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health and work directly with Dr. Sonia Hernandez-Diaz and Dr. Stefania Papatheodorou.
The Fellow will be responsible for research activities such as developing study protocols, conducting data analysis, presenting at scientific meetings, and writing manuscripts. There will also be opportunities to develop new projects including through grant writing. Applicants should have the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. The length of the fellowship will be a minimum of one year and may be renewed thereafter. Fellows must be physically present in Boston for their training.

The fellow will receive a competitive salary and benefits package and needs to hold an American passport or a green card. 
Basic Qualifications
•PhD, ScD, DrPH, or an equivalent doctoral degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, public
 health or population health, or related fields.
 •Strong background in statistical methods, linking datasets using GIS and previous work on climate change or air pollution research; experience conducting analyses with large databases using R, SAS, or a similar software package.
