Job Summary
The Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management is responsible for providing leadership to the
Division of Student Affairs which includes admissions, athletics, academic advising, career services, child care, contact center, disability resource center, diversity & multicultural affairs, financial aid and scholarships, orientation and student success, health & counseling services, concurrent enrollment, campus & site administration, international student services, registrar & academic records,
TRIO/
PACE, veterans’ service and the Thayne Center for Student Life, Leadership, and Community Engagement.
The Interim Vice President reports directly to the President and serves as a member of the college’s Executive Cabinet and is expected to attend and participate in college-wide, community and
USHE meetings representing Student Affairs and the college.
This interim assignment is estimated to begin February 1, 2023 and ends approximately June 2023.
Minimum Qualifications
The Interim Vice President should possess a Master’s degree or higher in student affairs, education, leadership or related field and have significant leadership, supervisory, and budgetary experience, an understanding of student development theory and state and federal legal compliance issues, and be an advocate for equity and inclusion.
