The Department of Physics at the University of Cincinnati invites applications for a postdoctoral research position in the area of experimental condensed matter physics and quantum information technology. The successful candidate will work with Prof. Evgeny Mikheev. The group’s focus is on nanofabrication, cryogenic systems, low noise electrical transport and microwave measurements. Scientifically, the group is interested in nanofabrication of quantum devices with perovskite oxides strontium titanate and potassium tantalate, understanding their superconductivity, mesoscopic and quantum effects in electrostatically defined nanostructures, and integration of new materials into superconducting and topological qubit platforms.
