Overview
The Human Resources (HR) Communications Specialist creates and cultivates engaging content to keep the Dana-Farber workforce connected with and informed of HR’s transformation and robust HR/Inclusion, Diversity, & Equity support systems for all faculty and staff. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for writing and creating compelling visual presentations and digital designs, and a commitment to fostering a sense of belonging within HR and at Dana-Farber. This is an embedded communicator role within the HR Department with room for professional development and personal growth. This role will report to and collaborate with the HR Communications Manager, who is an award-winning writer and seasoned 15-year healthcare corporate communicator. This role will join the growing HR Strategic Initiatives team within the HR Department. The HR Communications Specialist will also work collaboratively with external HR partners and other Dana-Farber communicators, including teams within the Department of Marketing & Communications as well as the embedded communicators within Nursing & Patient Care Services and Philanthropy.
