Essential Job Duties
The BSC Program Manager will report to the BSC Director and will be responsible for:
- Hiring, supervision, and mentoring of BSC Associates, (2-4 part-time student workers who work 5-10 hours/week) who provide strategic input and operational support from a student perspective. Students also manage social media. Creates and revises standard operating procedures for student employees.
- Management of marketing including developing marketing materials, publishing monthly newsletters, editing the BSC website, and overseeing social media in alignment with the college MARCOM team.
- Prepare and design presentations and annual and other ad hoc reports.
- Day-to-day management of Sustainability budget and other financial processing.
- Managing events including biannual speed networking, the annual conference, speaker events, and others. Event management includes planning, implementation, day-of management, and follow-up.
- Support for the B Corp Clinic (MBA practicum) including assisting in sourcing companies and coaches, communicating with students, and developing support materials such as video training.
- Manages accounts receivable process in conjunction with the college Office of Business Services.
- Serves as a collaborative partner and helps administer student experience for the Business Sustainability Certificate program.
- Management of student engagement including developing career resources, planning career-related events, and serving as liaison with the leadership of the business sustainability student club
- Engagement with students, alumni, donors, and various university support entities. It is expected that in all interactions this individual represents the program’s values and servant-leadership philosophy. Works with Poole Advancement as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned
The position is eligible for hybrid work. Position may work occasional evenings as needed (4-6 evenings per year).

Minimum Experience/Education
Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
