EXECUTIVE CAREER COACH, CAREER DEVELOPMENT OFFICE, Sloan School of Management, to work under the supervision of the director of Executive Career Development and provide executive career coaching and programming for three populations—Sloan fellows MBAs (SFMBA), executive MBAs (EMBA), and Sloan alumni. Will support overall career management for the three populations through one-on-one and group coaching; collaboration with other members of the ECD team on panel, webinar, or presentation development and delivery; and work with ECD’s contract coaches. Will also help to build relationships/community in support of SFMBA/EMBA involvement in Sloan programming and its Employer Relationship and Recruiting team’s efforts to source just-in-time executive job opportunities.

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; at least three years of career coaching experience, preferably executive career coaching; executive coaching certification from an ICF-certified provider; comprehensive knowledge of business and business careers and an understanding of the executive MBA career landscape; a background with roles in industry; experience coaching high potential young alumni, mid-career managers, and senior leaders/C-suite; experience creating, planning, and delivering high-impact, interactive career workshop/training sessions; excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and networking skills; collaborative approach; and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
