Are you seeking a significant leadership role within a large Non-Profit Organization that serves over 2,000 individuals per year within it's territory? The person in this position will support Employees within our 3 Service Divisions (Employment and Career Services, Behavioral Health Services, and Developmental Disability Services), helping them provide the best care possible to the participants they are responsible for serving.

The Vice President of Mission Services oversees all program services, staffing levels/requirements, financial management and stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD:

• Advocate on behalf of program participants, employees, communities and Goodwill Mission Services when and where necessary.
• Develop, execute, and manage the strategic initiatives and budget for Goodwill's Mission Services Division.
• Manage services related contracts, agreements, and partnerships.
• Oversee all program services, ensuring the achievement of quality standards and sustainability of services offered.
• Manage overall business performance and services, ensuring current and future financial sustainability.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience.
• Previous experience with funding sources, regulatory bodies, accreditation, and advocacy.
